LED Blinky - setup/turn on Empty LED Blinky - setup/turn on

assuming I have everything wired correctly, how would I turn on led Blinky? There seems to be two ways to do it from the user control panel.

"Tell me about led blinky" and "Help setting up LED Blinky" seem like they might do it, and I'm not sure which one to click.

not in front of my computer, but isn't the setting to turn it on/off in HyperHQ?

if all else fails though, you can just run the update process again (without actually updating via syncovery, if you don't need to), and choose to activate it through that process.
