[SOLVED] 16TB Detection Issue Question

Post by showdownx on Mon Oct 23, 2017 11:15 pm

I went ahead and place all the folders in the 'N:\8TB+ Drive' except the 'Syncovery 16TB Profile' and '8TB+ Media,' zip drive, please see highlighted files on the screenshot. Should I place the 'Syncovery 16TB' and '8TB+ Media' zip file in the 'N:\8TB+ Drive as well?'

I think the 8TB+ Media.zip file need to be unzipped.
I've asked the question before on where to unzip it but haven't gotten an answer, then the forum got wiped recently.

For me, I extracted it to N:\8TB+ Media\

NICE...that resolve the 16TB detection issue. After placing the 'Rom' folders in the '8TB+ Drive' folder, I was also told by Chris to delete the  'Syncovery 16TB' folder and '8TB+ Media' zip folder, he said there is no need for them anymore. All you should see in the root of the 'N' drive is '8TB+ Drive' folder. (See screenshot below)

When you open the '8TB+ Drive' folder, inside you should see this: (see screenshot below)

That should solve the 16TB Detection issue.
