Fustrated

I've had this drive since June but yet I haven't been able to play a single game. I'm pretty sure its something I'm doing wrong on my part. I've tried several times over and over to follow the correct steps in the forums to get this drive up and running with little to no success. I really appreciate all the support and free updates but, I just want to play a game and close my cab. I know for a fact that these are the best drives available so at this point I'm willing to mail the drive and pay for whatever attention it needs. Also to be clear this is not a bad shot out to the admins, I'm taking full responsibility of just not knowing what to do. I just want to know if I have any other options. I have the 8tb set up with two drives, one 5tb and the other 4tb. I'm getting the wrong profile I believe because it detects the 5tb set up.

Hey man, really sorry you have not played yet, that sucks. We need to get you sorted out. When could we set up a teamviewer session? I can manually set you up after taking a look at what you have going on if you want.

Hey thanks for your reply, I'm around the Pc up until 4pm today. If not today, whenever you have the free time it would gladly be appreciated. I'll leave Teamvier Open and available for you to check it out. Thanks again. I will PM you the info.
