To anybody who bought the pre-installed 16 TB

Ordered it on Feb 25th, just wondering how long on average people had to wait. Want to start building the home arcade getting antsy

The 16tb takes longer, literally 2x as much work.

It normally takes about week to week and a half.

The 16tb probably take 2 weeks plus shipping.

Scott, I too bought the 16tb drive. I ordered mine on 2/9 and my last correspondence with Chris said mine will be going out on the next shipment. From what I understand he has a pretty long list and he is also working on the new stuff that came in. I don't know when the next shipment is going out, but I'd say the wait time is more like 4 weeks right now.

James: when Chris ships, does he send out an email or tracking information?

Not yet. I'll post when it arrives. I did get my arcade cabinet from recroommasters. Thankfully I have the promotional drive to keep me occupied.

Yeah still waiting on the RRM cabinet, how long was the delivery time on that if you don’t mind me asking?

2 days.  shipped on the 7th,  got it on the 9th,  but ordered it on 2/9. I'm in eastern PA and they are in GA. so ups was only in a 2 day ship zone.

So yeah still don’t have the drive, should I be worried? Ordered in February, I mean 2 months is a bit much in my estimation. Plus Chris has told me it would “be on the next shipment” about 4 times now.

I sent my drives in March got them back last week.. So if I were you ask for tracking number
