Problems downloading 16 TB drive

I have had the 8 tb hdd for a few months. Just upgraded to 16 tb cloud. I am having trouble completing the 8-16 tb download. I followed all the instructions, I’m using filezilla. I downloaded and extracted part 1 then deleted the 7zip files. I am about halfway through part 2. I can connect to the server and see all the files, but none of them will download. Nothing has changed on my end with any settings, internet works fine.

You guys have any thoughts on this?

You don't have a bandwidth limit from your ISP do you?

My password is 8 weeks old so I have to get a new one from Chris/admins to see if I can pull a few files. I can't connect to the 8+TB server.

No i do not.

I was getting the error “could not write to local file”. Turns out all those 7 zip files i thought i deleted where in a hidden recycle bin on the drive. I right clicked on the drive and used tools to clear that out now im good to go.
