[ROM] (GoG) startup errors? Empty [ROM] (GoG) startup errors?

I am a bit wary about Windows games as they are historically temperamental and successful game launches vary person to person.
I get error messages for Blitzkrieg Anthology and all other Blitzkrieg games. Am I the only one with this problem?
