dreamcast emulation (redream & DEmul)?
sega saturn emulation (also what is the name of chris shaw's saturn emulator)?
3d0 emulation?
ps2 emulation?
ps1 emulation?
& can any of those emuators run physical discs, back ups and official discs?
must all run at respectable speeds & at 720p,1080p & 4k

Everything on the drive, even the computer games on the 16tb drive can be run with:
Core i5 or better
8GB ram or better
GTX950 or better graphics card.
If you want to do higher-end gaming on computer or have no slowdown on ps2/ps3 advanced games, you might want GTX1050 or better card instead.
You can build an entire PC for under $500 (not counting monitor) and run everything. You can run a super-cheap raspberry pi $30 computer and run all the old stuff up to SNES without issue... emulation and old games don't take much processing power.

James -- What about for PC-based emulators (Teknoparrot?)? And the PC Games on the 16TB? Does the above still work?
