SNES Emulator Exit

I have 3 of your 24TB systems, and they are awesome !!  I just had one issue that I am hoping to fix.  When I start a first snes game, the emulator opens and everything works great.  I hold select to exit and I return to hyperspin.  However, it seems the emulator does not quit but minimizes.  So, when I try to start another snes game, it kicks me back to hyperspin.  I finally quit hyperspin and see the snes emulator minimized.  When I open it, the game is running but no buttons work.  So, I have to force quit the emulator and restart everything from scratch.  Is there any way to get the snes emulator to "cleanly" quit back to hyperspin when exiting a game?  Thank you again for any help on this.
