There's a handful of choices:
Aimtrack Lightguns: Expensive, but easiest to install, best support
DolphinBar: Cheapest, lets you use original Wii WiiMotes (and controllers) on your computer. Add a guncase for your WiiMote and it's a pretty good alternative for only $20 bucks. You can play up to 4 wiimotes at once too! Look up Mayflash Dolphinbar
GunCon3: Inexpensive and pretty good quality, but not as easy to install as Aimtrack. Here's a link to the latest one:

There is arcadeguns.com/ also but pretty sure its just aimtrak's in a different body. Site has good resources for compatible game lists.

This is fact.
ArcadeGuns.com is an official re-seller of AimTrak guns.
They are AimTrack internals inside.
The only difference is the following:
ArcadeGuns.com guns come in different colors then what Ultimarc offers and button placement on the guns is in different locations.
If you can do some VERY basic soldering I recommend installing the AimTrak kit into old Happ arcade gun shells for that authentic look, feel, and weight.
I'd be happy to assist someone if they wanted a set of these built for their cab.
Feel free to PM me.
I can even install these in Big Buck Hunter shotguns if you want a shotgun for your cab!
You can even install the AimTrak devices in old console guns like the Guncon 2 for the PS2 if you like.
It just gives you more flexibility in what your gun body looks like and how many buttons you have for alternate functions.
For games like Operation Wolf or Revolution X, it's nice to have a button on the gun for launching grenades, etc.
Without a button on the gun you need to press a button on the control panel, which takes your eyes off the screen.
