I'm so confused now.. are we suppose to check facebook or this forum for stuff now?
How do I update my drives?

I found the FB post with the instruction for the new copilot program.. but it's only detecting that I have an 8TB setup when I'm suppose to have the 16TB.

What should i do?

When I run CoPilot now, it works, but, doesn't do the syncovery update. It looks like it is missing the new .ini file?

I still don't have access to the Facebook group and i get user/pass error with syncovery. So far not impressed with support either. It's been 6 days and still no email back.

The update process detected my setup as a 8TB setup, but I have a 16TB (two 8TB drives), please help. Is there a way we can reset the process over again? Now it only remembers my setup as a 8TB instead of 16TB. I try re-running that process and It did not ask me for my setup drive again.

How did you get the drive if you do not have access to the Facebook group? More to the point, how do you know about these forums?

All: Facebook is the only place to go to for updates. All Updates will come from Facebook from Chris or James.

This process, the copilot, is new, we are working through bugs, please bear with us. James and Chris are getting very close to a solution.

The forum is for support only. It is a way of sharing things with other uses.

Guys, I'll start posting the updates here; but Chris and I have re-written the entire initial install process, and the update process. I rewrote it from scratch and then Chris and I started editing and fixing things.

There are so many variables, items on the drive, things to install, etc. We're making it a single file process that walks you through everything; but, it's a bit overwhelming on this update.


I finished my part on 10.15.2017 and Chris is implementing. All future updates will be much easier, and we'll post it here and keep in better contact. But, for right now, he and I are a bit swamped and didn't have much time to post it here.

Our next step is to build a video explaining the whole process and uploading that; and we should have that done by this weekend.

I can’t. Video is on the drive, I don’t think it’s ever been uploaded anywhere. Also not sure if Chris wants that distributed besides on the drive.
